Apartment Review for Bluff Creek Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

I am so glad that my boyfriend and I only signed a 6 month lease at this dump!! It is more poorly built and worse taken care of than the Wilshire Renaissance (which is a cheap 300.00/month apartment complex) All of the lower cabinets in bathroom and kitchen are really water damaged and they won't replace them. The carpet is worn out in all of the apartments. They rig as much as possible inside. All of the blinds are bent and aged. The floor is warped and higher at edges. There is even a teeter tottering board in the living room. Nothing in these pitiful places ever get updated. They have different people at the front everytime I go to the desk and I do visit regularly. They must be really inefficient as the electric has averaged over 150.00/ month. Safety might be the only decent thing..? Not sure, but maybe. Parkings sucks. They do have covered, but it is so damn close that everyone door dings you, also the jacked up sprinklers always sprinkle your car and mess up your clean paint! For $527 a month, these are real dumps! For $599 at Quail Landing you can get really new apts w/ ceramic tile, W/D, more room.. Don't even look at these dumps, for the money go anywhere but here.
