Apartment Review for Bluff Creek Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

Last summer the air temperature would not get below 80 degrees in my apartment and when I would complain they would tell me there is nothing I can because I stay on the third floor. Well they installed a new air conditioning unit and it still didnt cool my apartment off. SO I went through a whole summer of dealing with a hot apartment and this summer started off the same way. I could not get my apartment cooler than 80 degrees and come to find out whoever installed the unit didn't install it correctly. During the summer months my electric bills have been running bout $200-$275 just to cool off the apartment. The roof has been leaking for months they have only came out once to try to patch the leak but it is leaking again. There are four holes leaking water into the master bedroom and one leak in the middle of the room. Three weeks ago beth said the construction crew would come fix the leak and they still haven't done it yet. The floor is shifty. When you are walking around the apartment you can hear the cement shift and move and you can see where the floor has an indenture. If they do fix the floor in this apartment the next person to move in might just end falling through the floor. I plan on moving out this apartment next month and I would never recommend it to anyone. I have lived in several apartments and I have never had such a terrible experience as this one.
