Apartment Review for Colony Of St. Louis - Oklahoma City, OK

There were so many fallacies in the review that I have to wonder if it wasn't written by a disgruntled former employee. Security deposits are $300 at most...$200 on smaller units...I know this because I just upgraded to one of the remodeled units today. Melissa, Champika and Jennae have always been wonderful to me, perhaps because I'm nice to them as well...in life you tend to get what you dish out. The maintenance guys are awesome. I had a minor problem on a Labor Day holiday, called it in not expecting anyone to answer until the next business day, but about an hour later one of the guys knocked on my door and fixed my AC.I was honestly impressed, and every other time I've put in a call for service they've been here within 24 hours, been respectful and FIXED the problem. I did my research before moving in and found the Colony to be a very good buy for the money in the area. It's quiet here, and management has been responsive to my every request (and NO! I don't work for them!) I guess some folks are just negative, and that's sad.
