Apartment Review for Concorde - Oklahoma City, OK

I am living in this complex, if you call having to pack up all the kids and leave all day until the sun went down living somewhere..... my central heat and air has been out for 4 mo now. i was pregnant on compleate bed rest and no air during the hottest summer it seems. this caused me to be hospitalized several times until i delivered my son 6 1/2 weeks early. My son was mediflighted to baptist and spent 2 weeks in the nicu. when i got out of the hospital i told the mgr that we had to get the air fixed before my premature son could come home. the mgr sent a guy down to look at the air he said we needed a new moter. this was in june by the way. i went to the office and left several msg about this problem. a week later my son gets to come home it is now aug and i still have no air. we cant stay there it is over 100 in the apt on a daily basis. it is not healthy for my premie to be in heat, he cant regulate his body temp like us. i have 4 other children who have to suffer through this as well. my husband works out in the heat and would miss alot of work due to heat strokes sleeping in a hot apt. we have not had a working hot water tank at all it keeps blowing the braker and nobody has ever been out to repair it or even look at it. there is dog poop everywhere, trash everywhere, cops are there nightly. i have to sweep up broken glass so my kids can play outside. It looks like a great apt complex but mgt and tenets are the problem. i am refusing to pay anymore rent i am out of this hell hole. i would rate this place negative 5
