What an amazing find! Heated indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis court, fitness center, fireplace (in upstairs room), dishwasher, new carpet, charming staff, covered parking, laundry on site ($1 to wash, $1.25 to dry), w/d connections, pool table and fireplace also inside information center, all looks newly renovated! Stove, microwave, and fridge are older, but all look nice. They also give a 5% discount for military on monthly rent and no rent deposit for military. 12 and 6 mo leases, pet deposit was $300 (half reimbursed upon move out), application fee $30, hold fee $50 (goes toward 1st month's rent), and pro-rated rent on move in. They also offer washer and/or dryer rental: $20/mo for one, $30/mo for both. 15 restaurants within a mile, including Applebee's, 8 Starbucks within 10 miles, 4 libraries around 5 miles, and 14 grocery stores less than 5 miles away (3 less than 1 mile). I wouldn't pick any other place! :D
