Apartment Review for Dorchester - Oklahoma City, OK

I lived here for several years. The property changed hands four times, with no one caring about the residents. The current owner is trying hard to improve the property and has made some positive changes; however, his manager is very unprofessional, has no idea how to run a property and keep it looking clean and picked up, no people skills dealing with tenants, very hard to get a deposit back (still waiting), and tells you a different story every time you talk to her. I would wait until the apts. have been renovated and he has a competent manager before moving in. Otherwise, a great location.
