This complex runs on a boiler system, which means when everyone is taking showers in the morning or at night, there is little to no hot water and the pressure is terrible. This is also a dorm-style apartment in the that you only get heat in the winter and cool air in the summer. Some winter days get warm, but you'll have to use fans. Also, there is only one outlet in the bathroom. The apartment also only has two cable outlets...one in the master bedroom, the other in the living room. Cable must be run from the living room into the second bedroom. There is only one ceiling fan and it is in the dining area.
