These apartment are crap

My apartment has no screens and no one is willing to put them on. My shower is growing mold on the ceiling and about to fall in. The carpets and walls are in HORRIBLE condition. What I pay, is not what it is worth. These apartments are so bad that the maintence people and their staff have been quiting.  Need to rent an apartment?
