Truthfully, when we first moved in, we thought it was great. Then we found out one day after a building caught on fire, that it had been the 5th fire in that year! Not to mention it takes maintnance almost a week to get over here to fix anything. Plus the office doesn't answer the phone for at least the last 20 mins. that they are open.  Need to rent an apartment?
