If you are thinking about renting in this complex, be careful. Yes, they are nice apartments, but, if you have problems they have hard time coming to fix them. Meaning maintance. Also, instead of giving advance notice (like more than a month) that you can not renew your lease do to your animals you may have, they tell you thirty days in advance. Yes, they have a security patrol, but they rarely do their jobs. Gated community, yes, but the gates tend to brake. Maintence does not keep up on the property. They have a crummy landscaping crew who are very rude.
