Apartment Review for Lincoln Greens Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

At first glance environment looks nice and green, but problems start once you need to deal with office. Office staff really sucks. Especially the Manager. (When I was moving in year before I was reading same sentences in reviews, but I thought it will be OK with me.) To be able to find a place to park your car somewhere close to your apartment you are not supposed to go to work at all, because if you come later than 4 pm. you need to use all your creativity power to find any place. Especially it is important during winter. We were living at 1st floor and inside apartment floors were always wet when it was raining. It is strange but I am not the only person who were complaining about smell that come from pipeline water. We were have to buy water from market to be able to cook anything at all. Another thing is party noise, that can last late to 11pm or even 12. Pet owners do not care about their pets "side products". It was all around on the "green" grass, where children were playing. The kitchen was really small and dark. The stove was really old kind model. Especially I did not like style of rooms. It was like a small box. I was always catching myself on idea to get out some where else. I think a home supposed to be a place where you relax and have a rest after work. Finally, don't wait or expect your deposit back. Because, even if you remain it clean and tidy, they will find another reason to get that 100$. Even if the apartment was even clearer that it was when we moved in. The reason for not returning the deposit was "cleaning". As if they are not supposed to do that. I told them that, they should try to work more proffessional instead of cheating their residents. That is how you earn more money than cheating.
