Apartment Review for Mason's Landing - Oklahoma City, OK

I'd definitely live here over an apartment complex, but it takes FOREVER for anything to get fixed. I don't know if maintenance is overworked or if they're not being used efficiently, but it's seriously getting ridiculous - like over a week to get anything done. We go out of our way to be nice and polite, but Moly acts as though we are huge bothers to her any time we call, which is very off-putting. While I definitely don't believe in abusing this idea, she seems to forget that we are the customers.
