Apartment Review for Montclair Parc - Oklahoma City, OK

I live here now, pay my rent each month way early, and they still will not fix anything that was broken from when i moved in. Two bedroom doors dont close all the way from being hung wrong when they painted. All the painting is done cheaply and oversprayed on the floors, and my main kitchen light still doenst work three months into my lease. But dont worry, they will keep lieing and saying they will be by the next day, and never even show. Also, i have three kids and was told the pool area is no alcohol, and this was a family community and no partiers. On memorial day the pool opened, and low and behold the STAFF IS OUT THERE DRINKING BEER AND PARTYING WITH EVERYONE!!! It is now June 5th and they are still partying at the pool so my children never get to got to the pool and enjoy it. They lied straight to my face and told me how this was so quiet and family orienated, just to get me on the lease and get my money. Now Im stuck, but i signed a 9 month lease and you can guarantee I will not be here one day past that. STAY AWAY!! BUYER BEWARE! I cant stress it enough!!! Liars!!!! They dont fix stuff, and they lie!!! There are tons better communities, especially when the rent is 1230 a month!!!
