Apartment Review for North Village - Oklahoma City, OK

Okay, I have lived in these apartments for some time now...I personally would move, but husband likes the "cheap" rent. I personally see it as you get what you pay for...REASONS BEING: Safety...Apartment security NEVER shows...or calls you back when you need them... Parking...Yes in the daytime there is parking...Of course that is when everyone is at work, try coming at night, it is hard to find anyplace unless you like WALKING!!! Appearance...hmm...Can you say LAWNMOWER so many times has the grass been so high, bushes over run, dirt and trash all over the parking lot, breeze ways, etc... Office Staff...They never know wht is going on as they are never there long enough, they are constintly changing, which could be why they apartments are so bad POOR MANAGEMENT!!! Maintenance...Don't come when you need them and when you don't they barge in to your house without giving you time to answer the door....I personally have had them come in at least 3 times I can think of...And it was so early I wasn't even dressed, had to run to find something to cover up with....THEY DON'T CARE about personnal privacy!!! Condition of Unit...Could be worse I guess but took them over 2 years to fix something one time. So very slow about fixing problems, again back to maintance not coming when needed and office staff not knowing what is going on. Noise level...Not bad in terms of fights etc...but loud cars YES...thin walls YES Overall Rating...I VERY POOR!!! Greatly needs improvement!!!! Try getting an office staff who knows what they are doing, and who stays for longer than 1 month. Try getting maintance who also know what they are doing, have manners, and actually do what they need to.
