Apartment Review for Nottingham Square Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

I know of two apts that flood repeatedly. Will not put in new carpet. Child that lives there has severe asthma and is allergic to mold. Management knows this. Will not answer pages. When they do come, they suck up the water, put a fan on it and leave. The smell is horrific since it has flooded 4 times in the past 5 days. Tenants cannot afford to move. Needs to have an owner who doesn't want to be a slum lord. And the police are there constantly trying to flush out some criminal. The only reason my overal rating has one star is because there was not an option for zero stars.
