I lived here for a year and if you had any problems they wouldn't fix it. Our a/c was out all summer and the heater didn't work all winter. The oven quit working the 2nd month we lived there and never got fixed. The roaches are very very bad. They got a new manager and they didn't do anything. They are never in the office. They call DHS on everyone for no reason to get them to move out. DO NOT MOVE HERE no joke it is the worst place to live.  Need to rent an apartment?
