Apartment Review for Olde Orchard Townhouses - Oklahoma City, OK

DO NOT RENT HERE. The townhouse was filthy on move in. Our washer broke 4 days after moving in and it took a week and a half to get it replaced. We were promised a brand new replacement and when it finally arrived it was a used one and FILTHY with dirt and soap crusted on it. The AC has failed and it has been nearly 2 weeks with no response and it gets so hot the kids get sick. This place is a joke. Maintenance is non existent, Office staff is rude and serial liars. Rent was increased $25.00 per month 2 week after move in and it is not worth it now. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!
