Apartment Review for Park Forest Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

This was the worst apartment experience I have EVER had. We lived there almost two years and never had a fully functioning heat or air unit. Window units in the summer and space heaters in the winter. High, High electric bills. The plumming was horrific, Of the four main enterances into the complex, Three were usually flooded with raw sewage from backed up sewer lines. In our building alone, there were muchrooms growing from the exterior siding. The area is not safe for your children as many of the units have broken windows and there is broken glass from one end of the complex to the other. Our apartment had two windows broken out be kids IN the apartment complex and the office would not replace them. Our front window had been broken for 14 months of the 20 we lived there. There are many units like this. Almos every apartment has some type of mold growing inside of it, It;s just a matter of how well they painted over it. What Im telling is the caold hard truth, I can tell you all this because not only did I live there, but I also worked there so I know what I'm talking about.
