Apartment Review for Pinehurst Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

I have lived here for almost 2 years so I have seen a few things here and there. ~Apartments here ARE flammable. & even if it is their fault, they will put you in a new apartment and still chage extra fees. ~I smelled weed coming through my vents (around my newborn son) from neighbor and they didn't care, blew me off until other complained and they were put in a situation to do something ~Luckily i am able to park in pretty much the same parkign spot every day, but turns out that the office didn't like that and told me to move my car because "there aren't that many spots.." which does not make sense seeing no matter where i park i will still be taking up a place... ~Before i moved in I talked to the leasing agent and the owner and worked out a deal about rent because i get paid on funny days, and that i had no problem paying late fees..now a year later a new leasing agent hounds me at the first of every month stating " you never pay rent on time.." ~my garbage disposal have been broken for 3 weeks and someone is still "working on coming my way.." Yes it is mostly quiet here, and the rent is cheap, but at what price?
