Apartment Review for Quail Lakes Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

Ive been living in these apartments for over 7 months and every since Ive had a horrible experience. When I first moved in I was surrounded by dog owners. Dont get the wrong impression I like dogs BUT when the dogs are up ALL NIGHT barking and howling its different. I moved to a different building and things didnt get better at all. Maintenance sucks!! Sorry I had an outburst. Soon after moving I had a leak in the ceiling of the Master Bedroom. Maintenance took forever to come out and fix the leak. My bed and carpet were ruined and my ceiling stll has a big brown spot as if someone pissed on it and let it dry. My garbage disposal has messed up several times and currently it is still Broke. There are some very lovely ladies in the office but thats about it. When it comes to getting stuff done dont count on management at all. Please dont waste your time at Quail Lakes. Looks can be deceiving....
