Great community. Family atmosophere - very quiet. Part of the condos are rented, while many are owned by individuals. The grounds are well maintained by the Home Owners' Assoc. Maintenance workers are very polite. Rent is very reasonable for this part of town. Each condo has one covered parking spot.  Need to rent an apartment?
