Management office is a big pain to deal with;at times very humiliating. People working there forget that they get paid for their services to the residents. The change in the whole management office team is strongly adviced. Not a safe place to live (two big fires within the last 2 years, burglary of all kinds, you can check OKC police records, fires were on the news). The apartments look old and very badly maintained. In spite of this, they charge you for the fees that are not acceptable while moving out. In other words, forget about your deposit refund once you move in. The people in the office are possibly rewarded by such actions rather than providing genuine service to their residents.
