Apartment Review for Seventy-Four South Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

The 74 south apartments are now called Rosemont Apts. This complex has been flipped twice. The First owners maintained the complex nicely. The second owners came in and fired everybody including maintenance and yard men. They started renting to anybody and then flipped to present owners. Since the first owners, my rent has been increased 30 PERCENT! I just received a notice that my rent will be increased and a new UTILITY charge will be assessed in addition to an increase in rent! This works out to an additional 10% increase for the next year. The managers don't manage and the maintenance person tries to do the job but doesn't know how to do it right. The roofs are now leaking, the laundry rooms are a mess, the dryers do no work nor do the washing machines. This complex is going downhill quickly. I will move in the next two months. I have lived in this complex for 6 years and I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone, especially those that like their peace and quiet!
