Apartment Review for Springbrook Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

I have unfortunately been at springbrook apartments for three years. Why you might ask since I am posting this review. The thing about springbrook is its inconsistancy. What I mean is when they even get the hint that you are getting ready to leave, things get good. The thing is it has not always been bad. The crowd of people who now rent from over there is unsavory. I think now housing authority and section 8 is now being accepted. Now this is not saying everyone on these services are bad it just means along with the good it brings the very, very bad too. But then again so does low rent too to be honest which was one of my downfalls. Unfortunately, we have more of the very, very, very bad. This girls and boys will be my last go round with them in january. I hate to leave but I just cant deal with the people. The management changes like clothing on a typical person so you never know what to expect. Maintenance is very scarce.
