Apartment Review for Summer Place Apartments - Oklahoma City, OK

Well just to let you how bad it is the apt. that I am in is on the second floor and in the hallway is caving. No repairs at all, the carpet was supposed to be replaed prior to moving, was never replaced. The locks are jamming, WD-40 does not fix bent and broken parts. Garbage disposal has never been fix. Consistent clogging in the kitchen sink (no oil and grease has not been poured down the drain) and draino has not helped nor has any other chemicals. Our AC needs to be repaired or replace. The dishwasher has not been repaired. There is a rather extensive list and the repair monkeys attempt to fix, they can't actually do it. This place is horrible don't waste your money.
