Apartment Review for Summit Condominiums - Oklahoma City, OK

Summit condos are pretty nice I have lived there for almost five years. I will say there are alot of nice people there too. you should watch who you rent under because each unit is owned by different people, though the majority is owned by glen rubin who won't fix anything. I luckily live under someone else. since mr. rubin owns a majority he is the head of the home owners association which final decisions have to be made through him. Let me begin the paint is chipping off the buildings, the ground area looks like crap they try to put flowers in places but they just die and never to be cleaned up, the pool always looks dirty with beer cans everywhere and dirt and crap in the bottom of the pool, including cig butts. the pool is always crowded with a bunch of drunk people who half of them don't live here which leads to no parking on the weekends(I've had to park two buildings away many times). cops have been called several times this year due to noise complaints adn people hopping the fence at the pool after it has been closed. people try to complain to the lady in the office but nothing gets taken care of. They need to have security on the weekends but they don't. I have to pay my rent each month but I can't even enjoy the ameneties they offer to me cause everyone who doesn't live here hogs the hottub and pool and believe me after seeing and hearing what goes on at the pool and hottub you wouldn' t want to get in after all the skanks either(diseases galore) trust me I could name a few who have had the clap and such this year. people who have lived under rubin have had hella problems such as no a/c lots of mold, plumbing issues, hot water heater exploding, apts getting flooded, and it won't get fixed or it wil take attorney in his ass to do so. like i said if you rent here try an individual owner just not rubin. I honestly think this place has gone down hill fast it could be nice but rubin is to cheap to do so. I will say one good thing and that is i have always felt safe and never had anything stolen from me.
