Apartment Review for Sycamore Square South - Oklahoma City, OK

Management bills this as a luxury complex in the Arts District. On first glance, this may appear to be the nice complex that fits their belief; however, once moved in the age of this complex shows. Our carpet is commercial grade that has been patched poorly. Management was told at move-in that the tiled entry way needed new grouting because there are loose tiles, screens needed re screening, and everything rattles when you walk across the floor.. That was several months ago! Management is extremely slow to respond to basic needs of the residents and has a myraid of excuses for their performance. Walkways and everything outside is covered with red dust from the construction of the new complex next door, but it is never cleaned by the staff. Amenities are being deleted! Bottom line, they have reduced staff to save money at the cost of their residents. The redeeming feature of this slumping complex is their double gated entry. We feel safe.
