Apartment Review for Valencia - Oklahoma City, OK

This apartment is roach infested. The landlady's grown kids play loud music, television and video games leading to complaints each and every weekend. There was a shooting there in January. Maintenance is slow if at all. The dishwasher never worked. The doors were not cleaned before being varnished and were still tacky and sticky after six months. Stove vent was totally covered with grease, replaced after complaints because it could not be cleaned. Light at top of stairs never worked and they did not know how to replace it. Excellent starter place for a homeless person or bum. Other than that it is a wonderful place to live and raise a family.
