Wes Chase offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartments ALL BILLS PAID! This is great for those of us with questionable credit history. They do a criminal background check but not a credit check. The manager, Heather, has been there for several years and if there's a problem, it's taken care of in a timely manner.  Need to rent an apartment?
