I love this beautiful community. New owners did some major improvements and started out by kicking out all the problem tenants, remodeling the whole place, and getting GREAT new management. The new owners did start with C-Star as a management company, but they were quickly replaced with a more professional manager, Laurie. Still a great apartment complex. I recommend you check out this complex first!  Need to rent an apartment?
